Unlike retail chains or franchises we don't treat your computer like it's a fast food order. We give it personalized attention, and take responsibility for the work we do; whether it's for a business or residence.

Computer diagnostics (desktop systems) - $59.00 FLAT: With today's large hard drives, it can take 2-3 hours just do a thourogh scan for malware and viruses. Some computer repair jobs require more than just fixing the 'obvious' problem. There may also be underlying issues that remain unseen. A computer diagnostic is sometimes the first step to computer repair.

How would you feel if you paid $100.00 or more to have a virus removed, only to have your computer crash a few months, or even a few days later? It happens... That's why we try to be thorough!

Depending on the issue, a proper computer diagnostic can take 2-4 hours and even more in some cases. Our computer diagnostics consist of physically inspecting your computer hardware, performing a full hard drive fitness test (this is not the test that you can perform through windows), performing spyware and virus scans (this does not include removal). In some cases the problem may even be fixed during the diagnostic; if this is the case then there would be no additional charges.

Once the diagnostics are completed we will let you know what the problems are and give you our recommendations.

E.g. Let's say your windows operating system is displaying errors; a problem like this can be due to any number of different issues. Your computer can be infected with viruses or spyware, the main circuit board could have problems, or the hard drive can become physically damaged over time due to general use and even temperature and humidity. These are just a few items that can be causing the 'visible' issue.

Depending on the size, a diagnostic of your computer's hard drive alone can take over an hour; and the virus and spyware scans can take as much time. Don't be fooled by 'fly-by-night' companies claiming to be able to diagnose and repair your computer in an hour regardless of the problem.
